January 3, 2012 - Nashville, Tennessee - PCS is proud to announce the successful launch of our new Total Operations Management (TOM) system. TOM is a functionally rich online administration and licensing system that allows clients to manage their certification and licensure programs more effectively and efficiently. TOM provides customers and their constituents access to online tools that allow them to register for an examination, upload important documents, view administrative reports and track the progress of their licensing documents.
TOM will also be utilized internally by PCS employees, allowing them to respond to customer requests in a quicker and more efficient manner. Administrative tasks such as webpage changes, fee adjustments, document updates and examination date adjustments can now be accomplished in minutes, instead of hours or days.
Jeff Blake, PCS' Chief Operating Officer, stated "This is a remarkable accomplishment for PCS given the short time frame during which we've successfully developed and delivered TOM."
Mark Setash, PCS' President and CEO, said, "It is our mission at PCS to produce high-end products and services at reasonable prices. The development of TOM aids our mission to do exactly that. Innovation in technology and customer service are always among our top priorities at PCS."
TOM is being launched in phases by client/program, with engineering and cosmetology among the initial programs to transition to TOM.
